Gardens and Garden Designs
My company launched in 2023 and since then I have been designing, building and helping to maintain gardens across Norfolk.
My style of Gardening.
I spent a great part of my career working for the Royal Horticultural Society. I hold the Wisley Diploma in Practical Horticulture and the RHS Master of Horticulture Degree. I moved to Norfolk to become Head Gardener at Houghton Hall, leaving in 2019.
My work now specialises in garden design, focusing on natural landscapes. I also carry out specialist pruning and planting as well as the occasional maintenance. I have regular clients and take on individual projects. I can work both as a consultant or a project manager taking my lead from the client. Fulfilling a full brief from concept, to design, to full landscaping and aftercare. Or just take on the design element.
I believe in the importance of designing spaces which work with nature rather than against, where possible i always use natural products in my gardens and i use local suppliers for all my plants.
